    Continuing our mini-series, Meet The Chamber Team, we are chatting with Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce's Office Administrator--Kathy Arnold. Kathy is MHACC's newest addition and a critical part of keeping our office at maximum efficiency. 

    Keep reading to learn a little bit more about Kathy.

    To start, where are you from and where do you live now?
    • I am from Sandwich, IL. I now live in Blanchardville.
    How did you get your start in your field of work?
    • I started at Pond Supplies in Yorkville, IL as a CSR and ended there as CSR Manager and Purchasing Manager.
    What is a typical day like for you at work?
    • I recently started here at the Chamber so my typical day is pretty busy. There is a lot of new things to learn.
    What do you like to do for fun when you’re not working?
    • I love watching old movies.
    What is your favorite aspect of your job?
    • Learning something new almost every day. I really like meeting visitors from all over the world.

    If you could bring 3 items to a deserted island, which ones would you choose?
    • I would take a good bottle of wine, a good book, and chocolate.

    How do you like to unwind after a busy day of work?
    • Playing with my dog.
