• Leadership 2.0

Emerging Leaders Training - Cohort 1 Now Accepting Applications

The Leadership 2.0 program will provide local community leaders the opportunity to expand their leadership skills. Developed by James Songster and Sue Schank both of whom boast over six decades of combined leadership training experience at the Walt Disney Company, Leadership 2.0 will help individuals identify their skill levels, build their skills into strengths, and enjoy exemplary performance in the pursuit of essential objectives.

Each leadership session examines a fundamental tool or skill leaders need in today’s competitive business world. Whether you're looking to refine your communication skills, strengthen your decision-making abilities, or cultivate a more inclusive leadership style, Leadership 2.0 has something for everyone!

This series is offered in partnership with our Professional Development Committee and the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce

  • Leadership 2.0 Application

APPLICATION DEADLINE: Friday, July 12, 2024

The Leadership 2.0 program will be limited to 20 participants. In our inaugural year of programming, we will accept the first 20 applicants into the program. Participants will be notified of acceptance late July 2024.

Given the limited spots available for participation in Leadership 2.0 each year, applicants who are not chosen are encouraged to reapply in following years. Additionally, a maximum of two candidates per company will be selected for participation annually. If there ends up being space, this will be reconsidered on a case by case basis.
