Winter Wellness Wednesday

Take time for yourself and experience Cave of the Mounds in a new way. The Winter Wellness Wednesday event includes: An exclusive, after hours silent cave experience accented by candlelight and written words of inspiration 20-30 minute seated meditation inside the cave facilitated by Scott Anderson 12-15 minute chair massages in the Visitor Center by Liz Michelsen (for an additional fee) A selection of teas from Telsaan Tea with loose leaf tea samples and information about the health and wellness benefits of tea Wisconsin wine and beer selection as well as local snacks available for purchase in the Visitor Center Nature treasures, books and gifts available for purchase in the Quarry’s Edge Gift Shop
