Winter Cooking Classes with Chef Cena - The 5 French Mother Sauces

The 5 French Mother Sauces: We will discovery our own inner Julia Child and bring fine dining to our homes. This class will teach you how to make the five French mother sauces: hollandaise, bechamel, veloute, espagnole, and tomato, and pair each with a vegetable, pasta or protein. Then we will all sit down together and enjoy a meal. BYOD (Bring your own drink)

About Chef Cena's Cooking Classes: All classes are at Adamah Art Studios Retreat Center. Participants will learn techniques, prepare and partake in a meal together afterward. Participants are welcome to bring in their own drink.  There will also be lemonade and some appetizers at the beginning of the class. The participants will receive the recipes of all the foods taught in the class to take home with them. The class is designed for adults but will take kids starting at the age of 13 if they also have an interest in learning and cooking. The minimum number of people for a class is six. The maximum number of people is 15. Please register in advance.
