Our Friday night Spring cenettas continue as we look forward to warmer weather. We will start the evening with olive oil poached Sitka Salmon with microgreens and lemon followed by Risotto with Peas. Our dessert will be torta di ricotta. Dinner will begin at 6:30 but feel free to come early for a glass of wine and appetizers.
