Fermented Beverages Class
A class to learn the how to make fermented beverages such as kombucha, water kefir, and ginger beer with April Prusia, food enthusiast and local farmer. Students will learn the basics of fermentation and sample some ferments and then take home a SCOBY for making your own beverages at home. Register at www.MountHorebLandmarks.com
