Viva Infusions Celebrates Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Mount Horeb, WI [May 2022] – Viva Infusions, a budding new business in Mount Horeb, celebrated their Grand Opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on May 1. Members of the community, Chamber Board, Chamber Ambassador Club, and Village Board were in attendance, along with members of Viva Infusions’ staff and friends and family.
Viva Infusions, located in the Old Feed Mill in downtown Mount Horeb, is owned and operated by Amanda Eagan, an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber, who lives in Mineral Point. Eagan offers intramuscular (IM) injections and intravenous (IV) infusions. Such infusions can be used to serve a number of purposes: to counteract the effects of illness and fatigue; to bolster weight loss; to support the body’s recovery from chemotherapy; to address headaches, migraines, and allergies; to help prep and recover from a surgery; to minimize brain fog, improve memory, and minimize jet lag; and to offer pre- and post-recovery assistance for athletes, just to name a few.
In addition to supporting general health and well-being, Viva Infusions offers mental illness treatments through ketamine infusions, a revolutionary treatment to combat drug-resistant depression, OCD, anxiety, PTSD, postpartum depression, and chronic pain. This type of treatment is especially close to Eagan’s heart: “I am an Air Force veteran who has experienced PTSD and have seen it first hand in my sister (who is an Army vet), as well as countless other individuals.” It has been her dream to bring this treatment to those in need.
Viva Infusions is happy to make Mount Horeb their business home. “It is the perfect small business location between the major cities of Madison, WI and Dubuque, IA,” says Eagan. She loves that Mount Horeb offers small-town charm with successful tourist attraction, and she is excited to take part in the community’s events. It is a priority in her business to help the community grow in health and wellness. “We are so excited to welcome Amanda and her team to the Mount Horeb business community,” says Rachel LaCasse-Ford, Executive Director of the Mount Horeb Area Chamber of Commerce. "Viva Infusions brings an incredible service to our community and we are lucky to have them here.”
