Time for Romance: Cha-Cha – Both classic and modern
The term comes from Haiti and refers to the part of a bell that made a “cha-cha” noise when rubbed, but the dance itself evolved from the rumba and the mambo. By 1953, the cha-cha became a sensation. Now it’s the perfect style for Santana, Michael Jackson, Shawn Mendez, and David Bowie.
For all classes, you must have clean dry shoes on the dance floor.
Partners preferred though not required. We cannot guarantee a partner but voluntarily rotate throughout the class so no one is "out" more than a minute or two. All classes are taught to American International Dance Association syllabi.

Beginner American Tango – Smooth and Passionate
The passion of American Ballroom Tango is coming just in time for Valentine's day.
This is the more common ballroom Tango not to be confused with the improvisational Argentine Tango. The tango was born in Argentina, in the late 1800s and incorporates patterns from the waltz and foxtrot. It is powerful punch and translates emotions into dance like nothing else.
Partners preferred though not required. We cannot guarantee a partner but voluntarily rotate throughout the class so no one is "out" more than a minute or two. All classes are taught to American International Dance Association syllabi.
