MOUNT HOREB UNITED METHODIST CHURCH WELCOMES THE REV. BECKY ROKITOWSKI AS NEW PASTOR
MOUNT HOREB, Wis. – Mount Horeb United Methodist Church welcomes the Rev. Becky Rokitowski as its new pastor. She comes to Mount Horeb from Tallahassee, Florida, where she was associate pastor at Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church.
A native Floridian, Rokitowski is a lifelong United Methodist who grew up in Plant City, just east of Tampa. She received her undergraduate degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida, and she worked as a professional engineer for several years before deciding to pursue the call to ministry.
Rokitowski attended Asbury Theological Seminary in Orlando while working as the assistant pastor at Skycrest UMC in Clearwater. She then took a unit of Clinical Pastoral Education and worked briefly as a hospital chaplain before her first official appointment as a Provisional Elder at Riviera UMC in St. Petersburg. After four years there, Rokitowski became associate pastor at Saint Paul's UMC where she served for four and one-half years. She was ordained as an Elder in
Connection in 2022.
