- Full Time (or 2 Part-Time depending on candidate)
- Food Manager’s Certificate a plus but not required
- Schedule is flexible around events and time needed to prep
Job Description: The ideal candidate for this year-round position must be flexible, organized, customer service oriented, a team player, and possess experience as a Banquet Facility Manager, Assistant Manager, Chef, or Kitchen Assistant. This person’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to the management of the entire food and beverage operation, inventory control, ordering, budgeting, training of Assistants, preparing the food for all Events, being present for events, etc. Assist in price setting, generate business, and achieving business goals. Oversee staff and insure company rules and procedures are being followed. Work with our department managers to coordinate events and hotel activities, etc.
