Ingleside Communities is seeking to hire clinically competent Registered Nurses who provide care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of the Director of Nursing according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsible party, and all health team members.

AM SHIFT 6:00AM- 2:30PM
Starting at $32.50 PLUS EXPERIENCE
PM SHIFT 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Starting at $34.50 PLUS EXPERIENCE
NOC SHIFT 10pm - 6:30am
Starting at $35.00 PLUS EXPEREINCE

QUIALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse, which must be in good standing
- CPR Certified
- Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB, DEPARTMENTAL EXPECTATIONS:
- Performs initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Administrator.
- Implements plan of care based on patient/resident physical, psycho-social, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.
- Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to DON.
- Demonstrates knowledge of, and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
- Interacts effectively with individuals who are cognitively and/or physically impaired.
- Actively maintains the confidentiality of resident and facility information.
- Demonstrates respect for co-workers and responds to needs of residents by complying with facility policies on attendance and punctuality. Arrives and begins work on time.
- Has working knowledge and ability to comply with facility policies and procedures for workplace safety including infection control procedures, application of universal precautions for blood borne pathogens, use of personal protective equipment and handling of hazardous materials.
- Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Documents results of patient/resident care within established policies, procedures and scope of practice.
- Other duties: Completes all other duties as assigned.
