Coordinate daily management operations.

Work with your management team to create standards and efficiencies across the organization.

Ensure an outstanding, high-level dining experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.

Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.

Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.

Organize and supervise shifts.
-
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
-
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.

Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.

Train employees on customer service practices.

Manager will be present on the floor with staff and guests running shifts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
2+ years of experience in restaurant management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILIITES

Must be organized, capable of managing high levels of detail, and handling multiple activities.

Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledge of software systems and MS Office, specifically MS Excel and Point of Sale systems.

Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
-
Any certifications or Spanish language abilities a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS

Use standard office equipment (computer, phone, printer, etc.)

Travel occasionally to other locations for meetings, conferences, etc.

Lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000
