    Job Description

    What Your Day Will Look Like:

    The majority of your day will be spent providing administrative, receptionist, and technology support to accomplish the objectives established by the school’s office and in support of the Student Services programs. In addition, you will adapt to a wide variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to presenting a positive image in all communications with students, families, community, and staff and properly handling confidential matters related to students, student records, parents, staff and any other school issues with a student-centered approach. Attention to detail is key as you will be diligently collaborating with other staff members in collecting data and creating reports per request.  


    Our Ideal Candidate:

    • High school diploma or equivalency.

    • Specialized knowledge and/or secretarial-related experience in a public education setting (e.g. prior experience in fast-paced, school office setting).

    • Successful experience with student scheduling and/or spreadsheet and graphic use.

    • Collaborative and solution oriented mindsets.

    • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, especially during times of change.

    • Demonstrates proficient office skills with computers and software (Microsoft Office & Google Applications).  

    • Able to interact with others effectively, follow directions and initiate activities independently.

    • Enjoy working with  students and other staff members.

    • Bilingual (Spanish) skills and abilities are a plus
