Grab a partner- a spouse, a sibling, a friend, a child (9 and up), or anyone who would have fun practicing with you- and come to Partner Yoga on Saturday, February 10th at 10am!
Partner yoga involves two people supporting each other in poses that enhance the postures and build trust and communication. Working with a partner provides balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment. It also allows each yogi to experience the pose in a new way.
The poses will include seated, standing, and reclined, along with our traditional Vinyasa flow. Practice will end with sharing positive affirmations with your partner.
The cost per couple is $25- please register just one time and add your partner's name during checkout.
