We will welcome Laurent Crolla of Swiss Cellars for a Spring French inspired meal and wine pairing. The evening will begin with Salmon Rillettes followed by an Alsatian onion tart. Our main course for the evening will be Bouillabaisse. Our artisan cheese board will follow and we will complete the evening with brioche with marzipan and almonds. A wine pairing will be available for an additional charge that evening. Our farmstay is open for reservations this Spring. Check availability through AirBnB.
